At Wani's House, we want you to love your purchase.

Due to the nature of our personal care products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products for hygiene and safety reasons.

If your order arrives:

please contact us within 7 days of delivery on instagram @its.wanishouse with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll review your request and, if approved, provide a replacement or refund.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or for incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.
